The book contains 100 questions to ask during a playtest. Each question comes with a rationale and insights, and they're organized into sections for easy reference.
Reading this has made me think more deeply about the purpose of a playtest.
If I need to create a survey for a formal playtest in the future, I'll definitely return to this book for question ideas.
It would have been nice to have some premade sample surveys.
